Electro-hydraulic push rod, also known as electric hydraulic push rod, is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle) motion. It can be used for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas, and can be connected to a computer for centralized (program) control. It is now widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, machinery, grain, cement, chemical, water conservancy, transportation, and other sectors, serving as an indispensable universal power source. Working Principle:
The electro-hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source. Through the forward (reverse) rotation of the motor, hydraulic oil is pressurized by a bidirectional gear pump and delivered to the working cylinder via the oil circuit integrated block, achieving reciprocating motion of the piston rod. Advantages:
1. Automatic Overload Protection: During operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end point while the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the circuit reaches the preset pressure, and the relief valve quickly and precisely relieves the pressure, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor continues to run, it will not burn out. 2. Self-Locking Function: The oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops, the piston rod immediately halts at a specific position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-maintained state. 3. Stepless Adjustment: It can be steplessly adjusted within the rated speed, output force, and stroke range according to user requirements.
Design Description: The electro-hydraulic push rod is primarily composed of six basic elements: the type of push rod, motor protection level, rated output force, stroke, rated speed, and usage angle. Additionally, based on user-specific requirements, it can be equipped with three adjustment functions: speed adjustment, push/pull force adjustment, and stroke adjustment (limit switch). Except for these three adjustment functions, which must be specified in writing when ordering, other parameters should be referenced according to the model designation method, carefully filling in the six basic elements.
